Oklahoma FIRST

Creative Oklahoma helped to establish the Oklahoma Regional FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics Competition and it received a Creative Oklahoma Innovation Grant. They just held the 2011 Regional Competition in Oklahoma City March 18-19. Oklahoma FIRST is dedicated to inspiring young people’s interest in science and technology. Through their programs, kids team with local engineers, professors and business people to solve real world engineering challenges.
