Young Designers United a new platform for designers

Young Designers United wants to be the crossroad and social meeting point where designers, companies, institutions and individuals connect and interact to (co-) create and innovate in optimal conditions.

Young  Designers United is a non-profit organisation established in 2009 that supports up and coming designers flowing into the design world.
It is managed by the same team that created Young Photographers United - a similar organisation for up and coming photographers.

YOUNG has nothing to do with the age of or our members, but with life-long learning, originality, honesty, ambition and idealism.

DESIGN is omnipresent. Design is the visually most appealing product of creativity and innovation.

UNITED emphasises the intercultural character and openness of the organisation that welcomes any individual or organisation passionate about design, irrespective of origin or religion.

Young Designers United will collaborate with Flanders DC and FIT to promote Flemish designers at the Creativity World Forum 2009 using a contemporary 'screen forest'.
